We may share your details with trusted partners (drivers, homestay hosts, permit offices) only to the extent required to run your trip. All partners are briefed to keep your information confidential.

Enquiries are stored on secure messaging platforms and our email servers. We keep records for as long as they are useful for repeat trips or accounting, and delete them on request.

Photos taken during trips may occasionally be shared on our website or social channels. If you'd prefer not to be featured, let us know at any time and we'll remove the images.
